Hi Jotar! You were banned for bug abuse for profiting from a bugged shop and not notifying staff of the problem. The ban can be lifted, however your coins are going to be majorly reduced to make up for the money gained, likely leading to negative coins. You'll have to sell the items you gained from the bug in order to fix it. Does that make sense?

You'll also have to make sure to notify staff of any problems in the future or it will lead to a permanent ban.
