Take the following very literally. I assert this 30 minute mute should be revised. I was playing smart Alec with someone who had already bullied/harrassed me, talking obscene about nipple sucking and calling me a retard.

Where was my "offensive language"? I didn't call this person craigwhatever one mean name. The worst I did was suggest that instead of sucking my nipples, craigwhatever could suck Christmas lights pretending they are nipples. It was not offensive. It was a rejecting no (aside from the physical distance due to the server being an online environment) accompanied by a creative suggestion against the offender, hence self-defense and wise cracking to the offender and showing the power of who one is messing with language.

Do you even know what the word offensive means? If you cannot tell me what is offensive about what I chatted, you had no right to mute me. Google defines offensive as aggressive, seeking to make someone feel deeply hurt, upset, or unhappy. I was the victim here. Get it right. What did I pay $10 donating to? You're supposed to be my immune system attacking the invasive virus but you attacked healthy cells that pushed back to get craigwhatever to learn a lesson and buzz off here and that is friendly fire.

Are you the teacher that only has a problem with the person yelling at the person that just bullied the person yelling or something? That's injustice.

Firstly there is an automod which will pickup phases, words, caps spam ect ect which will mute players when there is a violation. This is likely what muted you. 

Secondly, based on what you stated was said in your appeal your mute should’ve absolutely been much longer as those conversations are completely inappropriate for the server. I would consider yourself lucky that a mod wasn’t online to see what was being said as sexual comments are absolutely in violation of the server rules. Please read the rules/sever guidelines again to avoid being muted again. 

As for your claim of bullying please report the player so we can look into it and punish the player if we deem it to be in violation of the server rules. Bullying is absolutely not acceptable and I’m sorry that you feel that you have been. 

If genuinely you are muted by the automod we can remove that if we deem that it has made an error. 

To be VERY clear, we do not go by what Google defines as “offensive” we enforce mutes, bans or any other punishment as per the server rules, if you are confused still about why you were muted please read them again or feel free to ask any of the staff about any rules you are confused about.
