2:i agree i was being unractional but the player was cheating with proof of him saying so

i hope we can settle this because i believe i was falsely banned for legal things that being said hacking is a offense and illegal, looking at data breaches aka public data isnt illegal unless used for illegal purposes

Before we make a decision, we would like to present our reasoning for the ban so that we know we're on the same page.

1. It is true that you didn't directly say "I'm going to hack them", however, you did hint at it. One example of such hint would be a message you sent "I would change your pass if I were you". Given the context of the message which happened during an argument, It's suggesting that you're ready to take an ill-intended action towards the player you fought with by breaching their account.

2. If you do possess proof of the player cheating, we will look at it and punish the player accordingly for doing so! I have sent you a message on Discord so that you can send me the proof.

Regarding data breaches, you have mentioned in your messages that it includes email, ip and password. That kind of data is not public data, specifically passwords which are considered sensitive information. Unless you're thinking of different data breaches, we're also certain the definition of a data breach is an event that grants unauthorized access to personal, protected or private information, making it illegal on itself.

We have decided to lift your ban as you mentioned you didn't have any intent to follow up with your words, making it more of an empty threat due to receiving harassment. We're willing to give you another chance because there was no real risk of a crime being committed, but just keep in mind that It's much easier to report somebody for breaking the rules (harassing other players included) instead of involving yourself directly and risking being banned for rule breaks as well.

Of course, also do keep in mind that threats like that will be taken seriously as if they were going to happen, so refrain from those to the best of your ability!
